At RVR PAY LLC, we believe in transparent pricing that aligns with the value we deliver. Our solutions are designed to increase your revenue, improve efficiency, and enhance security – and our pricing reflects that commitment. We offer powerful tools tailored to the unique needs of high-risk, high-volume merchants, with a structure designed for clarity and effectiveness.
All prices are stated in United States Dollars (USD). Fees are typically calculated daily and invoiced monthly.
Pricing Breakdown:
1. RVR PAY Rotate
Automate your merchant account management and maximize account health.
The pricing for Rotate includes two straightforward components: a Volume Fee based on the total dollar amount processed through Rotate each calendar month, and a simple per-transaction fee.
- Volume Fee: 0.50% (50 basis points) (Applied to the total processing dollar volume routed through each merchant account managed by the Rotate service during the billing period.)
- Transaction Fee: $0.10 per transaction (This fee applies to every transaction processed via Rotate.)
2. RVR PAY Decline AI
Turn potential declines into approved revenue, securely and automatically.
Decline AI pricing is performance-based. You only pay when we successfully save a transaction that would have otherwise been declined.
- Success Fee: 10% of the transaction dollar amount successfully saved by Decline AI.
- Transaction Fee: $0.10 per transaction successfully saved by Decline AI. (This $0.10 fee applies only when the 10% Success Fee is also applied – meaning, only upon success.)
3. RVR PAY Report
Gain complete visibility with unified reporting across all your processors.
- Price: Included at no additional charge for clients actively using both RVR PAY Rotate and RVR PAY Decline AI.
(RVR PAY Report is not offered as a standalone product.)

No Standard Setup Fees
We believe in getting you started quickly. There are no standard one-time fees for setting up our core services.
Custom Integration & Development
Should your unique environment require custom integration, development, or specialized build-out work, this falls outside standard setup. Our team can scope and provide a separate quote for such projects under a Statement of Work (SOW).
